Services & Costs

Should you decide to work with me after having a consultation, I am in-network with the following plans: Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Carelon, Cigna, Kaiser, Meritain, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, United and UMR.

If I am not in-network with your insurance or you prefer to pay out of pocket, my fees are as follows for individual therapy sessions: $150 for a 60 minute session and $120 for a 45 minute session.

Good Faith Estimate

Per federal law enacted January 1, 2022, all patients are entitled to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much their health care will cost. Learn more here.
